Teaware: Yixing clay teapot or white porcelain gaiwan
Water Temperature: 100°C boiling water
Tea Amount: 7-8g (for a 120ml gaiwan)
Method: Pour boiling water and steep quickly. For the first 3 infusions, brew immediately and decant promptly. Gradually increase steeping time by 5-10 seconds for subsequent brews. Can yield 8-10 flavorful infusions.
